Our vision is to provide you with specialist high quality training through workshops and retreats in a confidential, non-judgemental and professional environment. The goal of Global Education Coaching is to use established coaching techniques to empower you to enhance your self-awareness and enable you to fully understand and articulate your aspirations so that you can reach your optimum potential and be more productive and successful.

We aim to achieve our vision by providing you with training in workshops and retreats using proven coaching tools and strategies, underpinned by current academic research.  We embrace a client-centred approach to coaching, which means that our focus is always on you and what you want to achieve. Dr. Sharmina Mawani

Sharmina is a gifted communicator and engaging facilitator and trainer.  She is a qualified coach specialising in Personal Development Coaching, as well as Education Coaching.  Her expertise extends to defining and documenting needs analysis of clients, producing interactive, multi-media presentations, providing customised training materials and practice activities and acting as a facilitator in conducting and moderating workshops. 

 

Sharmina has extensive experience in creating, customising and delivering educational content and providing coaching to a wide demographic of clients, including those from Australia, Canada, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Uganda, the United Kingdom and the USA. This international exposure has led to a distinctive coaching and training style that is bespoke, culturally sensitive and nuanced.

 

Sharmina believes that we all have an inner driving force and that her role as a coach is to help her clients create their own action plan so as to transform their lives for the better. Her approach is client-centred coaching, which means that she places your personal and professional development needs at the core of her training sessions.

 

Sharmina is passionate about helping her clients discover the tools and skills they have to motivate themselves to reach their full potential.  She is recognised and highly regarded for creating a dynamic energetic learning environment.  Sharmina was awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) due to her ‘broad understanding of effective approaches to teaching and learning support as key contributions to high quality student learning’.

Anjoom is an inspiring educator and a certified personal development and education coach. She has extensive experience in group facilitation, including designing, planning and executing a wide range of training programmes and always receives high client satisfaction reviews. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious and make training informative and engaging.

 

Anjoom is a versatile communicator and instructor with decades of experience teaching and facilitating workshops. Having lived or worked in India, Japan, Nigeria, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States and Zambia, she has an in-depth understanding of what it is like to live and be employed in diverse cultures. Her experience in both the hospitality and education sectors has given her an appreciation for cultural sensitivity, which she draws upon when working with clients globally.

 

Anjoom has also worked extensively with international clients in the process of career planning and transitioning. She is a firm believer in mindfulness and finding that inner calm at times of turmoil and distress – her training style is creative, encouraging and result oriented. Anjoom sees her role and purpose as being a catalyst for her clients to achieve transformational change and reach their full potential.
